Our story began in 2018, when Mateusz Kubacki decided to make his dream come true – to create a place where the quality of service and customer care would not only match the standards of authorised service centres, but surpass them. At the same time, he wanted to ensure that car repairs would not strain the customers’ budget. It is Mateusz who is the heart and mind of our service – a visionary who creates the company’s development paths while taking care of every detail of the team’s work. His motto is simple: quality is the priority.
Over time, he was joined by Jakub, Matthew’s boss’s brother. He has gone through every stage of his career – from mechanic to customer advisor to head of development. Today he is responsible for promoting the company, optimising processes and contacting business partners, and in his spare time he still enjoys helping our customers.
The passion for motoring has run in our family for generations. It all started with our dad, Jack. It’s been said – like father, like son… In our case it was no different. A keen motorcyclist, Jacek travelled most of Europe on two wheels and instilled in us a love of motoring. Today, Jacek is an important pillar of our team, managing the quality of customer service and offering solutions that best suit our customers’ needs.
We are a family-run business, combining tradition and passion for motoring with a modern approach to service.

Meet Us:
1964
The birth of Jacek Kubacki, father of Mateusz and Jakub. Fascinated with the world of motoring from a very young age, he inherited this passion from his father and grandfather. Jacek is a keen motorcyclist who has travelled most of Europe on two wheels. His love of vehicles runs deep – on his 60th birthday, his nearest and dearest presented him with a Skoda 105L, one of the first cars he had ever had a fondness for.
1992
Mateusz Kubacki is born into the world. From the first years of his life, he absorbed knowledge and love of motoring by observing his father’s passion. He graduated from the Automotive Technical Secondary School in Poznań, where he gained a solid technical foundation and then expanded his skills by obtaining a master’s degree from the Poznań University of Technology. His interest in cars and motorbikes had been with him since childhood, and the idea of setting up his own workshop had matured in him over the years.
1999
The birth of Jakub Kubacki, the younger of the brothers, who also followed the path of automotive passion. Like his brother, he graduated from the Automotive Technical School in Poznań and completed engineering studies at Poznań University of Technology. Motoring is his passion and way of life.
2018
Mateusz Kubacki is setting up VAG Center Kubacki, fulfilling his long-standing dream of creating a unique place where passion for motoring meets the highest quality of service. The beginnings were not easy – he spent more than a year looking for the perfect location, and at the start he acted as mechanic, boss and customer service person on his own. Over time, his brother Jakub and dad Jacek joined him, reinforcing the family nature of the business and together building its reputation.
2023
Family passion leads to the creation of a new project – RENT Center Kubacki, a dynamically developing company specialising in car rental. RENT Center Kubacki’s mission is to provide comfort and reliability to customers for business and private travel.

VAG Center Kubacki is a combination of tradition, passion and modernity. Our goal is continuous development and constant improvement of standards. We want to provide even more comprehensive services, meeting the expectations of our customers.
