Who we are looking for?
We are looking for a Customer Advisor who:
- Has well-developed communication skills and experience in customer service,
- Has a good knowledge of the automotive industry, knowledge of VAG brands is welcome,
- Is able to provide customers with reliable information on the scope of maintenance and inspection services,
- Is conscientious, responsible, polite, and highly attentive to service standards,
- Can work both independently and as part of a team,
- Has at least a category B driver's license
- Communicates in technical English, German, or Russian.
What you will be responsible for:
- Providing professional customer service during initial contact—accepting service requests and determining customer needs.
- Advising on vehicle servicing, inspections, and repairs.
- Preparing cost estimates and service quotes, selecting parts from catalogs, and presenting recommended solutions to customers.
- Scheduling service appointments and coordinating service work based on customer needs and deadlines.
- Co-creating and effectively managing workshop resources.
- Comprehensive vehicle acceptance and release, including photographic documentation and securing the vehicle before it enters the service area.
- Informing customers about the progress of work, the date of vehicle collection, and providing advice after the services have been performed.
- Maintaining service documentation and entering customer and vehicle data into the system.
- Invoicing service charges in accordance with the order and the agreed scope of services.
